We are all about community the team and each other. We are a race team, first and foremost at different levels in our journey. The goal is to define what competition means to the team and ourselves as individuals, have an excellent sport-life balance, and above all else, have some fun together.
We have a spot for you whether you are new to the sport or an experienced athlete. Weekly, structured activities will be coach led and scheduled in advance via a team calendar. Spears Racing Team athletes must sign a liability waiver and Athlete Intake form for any scheduled plans or workouts.
Getting to know each other means showing up, in person or virtually, doing the work, and building relationships. So show up weekly in your plans and be competitive, humble, have a bit of edge, and have fun on the journey.
We will provide a mix of virtual and in-person training sessions through Training Peaks that will be scheduled in advance. The focus will be driven by improving fitness, educating athletes on form and technique when in person, nutrition advice, and general knowledge of progressing in the sport.
