About SPEARS RACING TEAM

Training Philosophy

First, there’s “no one size” fits all training plan here.

To accomplish shared goals, I will want to hear from you!  Yes! Ongoing two-way communication is important to discuss concerns and setbacks as they arise.

And also to celebrate small wins along the way.

As your coach, there is always open access to me.  Whether you need help, advice, or just to download after a tough workout, I’m here and want to know about it!  It's 100% about trust and being personalized!

Arrive with some "EDGE"!

I look forward to helping you arrive at your next race confident, conditioned, and HEALTHY!

(And, of course, with a little competitive edge too!) All the boxes will be checked leading up to a race.

Personalized Zones!

My preference is to go slow to get faster and while this may seem counterintuitive, there are years worth of data on training slow to get fast.  I prefer this method, however, this is not a one size fits all approach, so individual testing for zones will be the recommendation when getting started, to start on the right foot.

I make your programs each week based on data, your numbers, and your LIFE to craft the best plan possible for you. So let's GO!
